Refund Policy

Refunds will be offered at the sole discretion of Designprotechs as a firm. Refunds will only be considered based on the following grounds:

• You are within the first 7 days of purchase and after the signing of the working level agreement.
• Your issue(s) encountered within 20% of completion/ delivery of opted service.
• Your issue(s) or decision for discontinuation/ not opting of the service before the commencement date.
• No refunds will be granted post the first 7 days of the purchase and after the signing of the working level agreement.
• No refund will be granted for discontinuation of opted service if opted service has been delivered to more than 20%.
• All payment conditions including refund conditions will be documented in the working-level agreement of opted service.
• A working-level agreement containing payment as well as refund conditions is to be signed by Designprotechs and the concerned client.
